Agree, NoBS. The quality of the mix is also troubling. Large stones with very little oil breaks up rapidly. Also, very few roads have shoulders. This area also uses way too much salt for the little amount of snow accumulation. I guess it's easier to dump huge amounts of salt rather than use a snowplow.
Due to the high cost of college, more and more students are using online universities. It's more convenient and less expensive. There is a shortage of trade workers in this area and across the country. Public schools should be encouraging more students to attend vocational schools.
