maybe you should check your facts: these so called oppressed people have tripled their population since being in so called captivity. you don't know what you are talking about kellie , cause if you had the correct historical facts you would realize these people carried Jordanian passports up until 1969, when they realized they could create a fake movement and rip off governments around the world for years taking money for their "cause" they created a fake name for suckers like you to help their cause. get a life and the so called palestinains need to go back home to jordan

Excelllent letter. There are ALOT of older/elderly people that live on North Lima Road.
They are on fixed incomes and cannot afford to have their basements water-proofed or a sump pump installed.

well if they can't afford to live in poland then they should move ,, no one cares about poland cuz poland doesn't care about anyone else

Why are we OK with these illegal immigrants?
Posted 1 year 6 weeks ago by Joel

Call the Minutemen! Call Lou Dobbs! Call your member of Congress! Illegal immigrants are clearly awful, taking the jobs of Americans and disrupting our culture with their refusal to adapt to American ways!

You know who I'm talking about, don't you? The Irish of course:

The prime minister of Ireland today is appearing before a joint session of Congress to make a plea on behalf of illegal Irish immigrants after disclosing that he has spent the past several months wrangling with individual members for a special visa deal.

Irish immigrant groups have been pushing for a bill that would create a new set of visas available only to the Irish, including those living in America illegally, ever since a bill that would have created a path to legalization for illegal immigrants of all nationalities collapsed last summer.

With significant political clout thanks to the well-established Irish-American community and a relatively small request — the number of Irish coming to America has dwindled in recent years as Ireland’s economy has expanded — the groups are hopeful lawmakers will be sympathetic to their cause.

Now I'm trying to imagine the unholy hell that would be unleashed if the president of Mexico were to appear before a joint session of Congress to plead for his country's illegal immigrants here. There would have been a week of hype and recriminations to make the Jeremiah Wright controversy look sedate.

Here's the other thing: Opponents of illegal immigration generall say their opposition is not rooted in race, but in process -- there already is a path to legal working status and citizenship and it's not fair for people ot bypass that process. Fine. And it seems that Sens. Edward Kennedy and Chuck Schumer -- who have, uh, rather significant Irish constituencies -- are the movers and shakers behind this bill. And yes: They're Democrats.

But you've got to wonder: Where's Mark Krikorian's angry posts about illegal Irish immigrants getting special favors? Why isn't Lou Dobbs bellowing about this? And just to keep things in-house, where's Frosty? The whole debate about illegal immigration isn't really about race is it?

Is it?

funny how none of you mention this secret ,, wake up none of you know anything
