I do believe this that these stores are more frequented by the hard head's. The reason because 9/10 the Arab stores are doing some illegal stuff themselves. I believe that they should be let go if they cannot offerthe correct securities that stores such as Walmart /HD/ malls offer. Install cameras, hires police to patrol the stores and live legit..then you wouldn't have these issues of thugs hanging around a store.

You know after I posted it dawned on me that they said that it was an empty lot in between two stores. It probably is not being maintained my guess...if you close the store wouldn't that mean that there would be another empty lot for the dummies to move to?
