This is SO NOT true. I have worked in the legal field more than 20 years and I agree with Marty White. For every 10 people who call only 1-2 even make it past an initial consultation. This is just another tactic that the doctors use to make you feel sorry for them while they rake in the dough. Mistakes happen and when they do then people should be compensated, fair & square. A lot of people probably wouldn't see an attorney if the doctor's bedside manners were better and they didn't shuffle you off like cattle and had better bedside manner.
You aren't the one who has a clue what you are talking about. I know a hell of a lot more than you as I was right there and have personal knowledge.
Everyone needs to get over this and move forward. It's done and over. There is absolutely NO reason to suspend someone's license. That is a very serious matter and it's his livelihood.
Oh and I have donated personal funds and time to work with him over the years. He has paid back everything they asked him to pay. Many other politicians have done worse. As for trust, only a fool trusts a politician.

Why not go after the jerk lawyers who cheat their clients out of money, do drugs, steal, etc. We got plenty of those right HERE in the Mahoning Valley. This is a politcal machine that just won't stop. You try practicing law everyday with clients who are such a pain in the a!!, who don't want to pay you for helping them and are ungrateful. Mahoning Valley needs to wake up and move on with the AG Stuff. I was there, I know what truly happened and the media has totally skewed the entire situation. Why aren't you people mad at Tony Guiterrez or Leo Jennings? Why didn't anything else happen to them? What did Cordray pay those girls money when no sexual harassment took place? Why aren't people mad about that? Read the transcripts and get the facts. Stop beating a dead horse and leave Marc Dann alone. He has moved on with his life in a very positive way which I am sure hasn't been easy b/c of the negative attitude of this Valley and the press. GO MARC! You have my full support 100%.
