Nikole Owen I am so glad you feel good about the decision. You and animal charities are the reason that those other charges were dropped. You had ample opportunities to make this right. Personally all I think you care about is $$$.

The dog murderer is "very very sorry" I am sure he is sorry for getting caught. He is a soulless thing who watched and listened to those animals suffer and die. He also had ample opportunities to make this right before they had to die. Instead he continued to collect monies from people to continue his drug and sex addictions.

This jail time is a joke, Judge Douglas you should have never accepted this plea deal. Make an example out of him. I am sure this will not be the last of Steve Croley - next he will be Youngstown's serial killer.

I heard he cant own animals for 3 years... What about after that? Did people fail to realize this was a business not just his own animals!

What a disgrace - its the Youngstown way.

I have looked into this quite a bit and Ohio treats animal cruelty as a misdemeanor. This is such a disgrace. Those poor dogs, and what a wonderful holiday season for the families huh! Guess nobody cares about them.

Enough with the personal insults. Keep on top of the judge and prosecutor..

Your right I dont know them to judge them, but apparently they have the right to judge and attack me, others and the families of these dogs. Perhaps I was should not have said that, but I am sick of these people attacking us because we care about the animals. Hey and by the way that was the same person who told me to dress up as a deer and get shot. Remember that..

Voice, you are right the Facts are the Facts. And the pictures do not lie.

GSD- Parvo would not make a dog lose 50 pounds or make a dog rot and lose its eyeballs. So your telling me that Steve did not notice the dogs ribs and bones were sticking out. Or he didnt notice that the dog was rotting. He didnt notice there was feces everywhere?

I would again like to point out that 45 states in this country have harsh animal cruelty laws, I think it is time for Ohio to join the rest of the country. Aren't we apart of the United States?

THE DOGS ARE DEAD, BY THE HANDS OF ONE MAN. EVERYBODY STOP TWISTING EVERYTHING THAT IS SAID. ATTACK HIM, DON'T ATTACK ME OR ANYONE ELSE WHO IS SPEAKING FOR THE DOGS THAT HAVE LOST THEIR LIFE.

IF YOU LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE PEOPLE ON HERE, THEY ARE NEGATIVE EVERYWHERE THEY POST. IT IS VERY SAD.

anyway the judge and court arent the ones that "wont" look at the other charges. It is that idiot Macejko, if you look up ohio animal law, it states any person can go in without a warrant.

All you negative people, if you dont like us complaining, stop looking!!! Simple as that!

For the ones who dont think there should be tougher laws, you do realize Ohio is one of 5 states that do not have animal cruelty as a felony! Probably animal abusers yourselves.

I am sure the criminals know, they know the law better than lawyers and judges.

I think this is great. God bless those women and people who do what they can to help animals in need, and speak for them when we are their voice.
