It shocks me to hear about gangs in Boardman. My uncle and aunt were lifelong residences of that area. It was a beautiful area when they lived there. I think the gangs are much,much worse then the Mafia.
I agree with you photoman. This mother should be charged with murder she stood by and did nothing to save her child. She seems like a baby machine and has no interest in her children if she could allow her child to be killed right in front of her. I think she should be sterilized so she can no longer have children for her boyfriends to abuse. I hope none of her children are ever returned to her
I use to live in Warren, in the 1970's every place was safe . Hubbard was the safest. I can remember being able to walk in Warren and feeling and being safe. I never had to lock my car or doors. How sad to hear this area is no longer safe
