Ohio should be ashamed. Ranked 45th for animal protection laws!! It's time to wake up. It's time to take a stand for the animals of Ohio, who have suffered, unprotected, in silence for far too long. Ohio is in the minority providing only misdemeanor penalties regardless the extent of the crime or cruelty against defenseless animals.
