Lots of drunks see nothing wrong with driving under the influence and beating their spouses. Lots of smokers see nothing wrong with spreading their cancer causing smoke inside of buildings and homes. your argument doesn't hold a lot of merit.
legalize it all and let adults make their own decisions. the first think that would happen is a reallocation of all the money spent on housing drug related prisoners and on the war on drugs. next would come an influx of tax revenue. if someone is dumb enough to do heroin, they should at least be able to buy it and be taxed for it.
