This is by no means politicians fault. Stop blaming Ryan, Hagan, Obama, etc.
The decline of the postal service is a modern day reality. There is less mail being sent . . . PERIOD. Postal employees are also ridiculously overpaid.
It's sad people are going to lose their jobs, but times change. Many years ago bowling alley pin setters lost their jobs too. It's reality.
Is anyone paying attention to the line above where Byrd said Macejko was NOT a part of the problem? That he was a good supervisor and tried his best to accommodate?
Doesn't anyone else think the timing of this release by Gains is quite convenient? Tonight is the scheduled debate between the two . . . the debate that Gains never wanted to have.
Everyone is jumping to concolusions about Macejko and who sent what, which is exactly what Gains wants. If in fact Macejko was the recipient of the texts, that is beyond his control. Also mind you that Gains has a lawsuit pending against him by this same Islamic guy.
Don't get caught up in the one liners of dirty politics. Do your research, think about the problems of our city/county then make a decision.
I've personally seen Gains in action and he is VERY quick to work out a plea deal instead of strong, hard prosecution.
I've met both individuals and I would trust Macejko ANY day over Gains. It's time for some new blood.
Gains reigns in tight Mahoning race, fending off Macejko
The valley made a big mistake. Gains looks like a fool. Don't celebrate because half of us don't want you. Drink some more champagne and head to work.
