I don't see where anyone specified one way or another about children/animals, seems the consensus was about the neighbors not noticing the stench. It's a true shame people don't care about the well being of others anymore!
The dogs were NOT bred for fighting, ignorant people who "figured" out that the breed was very loyal and has strong jaws TURNED them into fighters. Once again it's not the dog/breed but the people who so call train them to be this way. Ban the man!
Any animal would protect their pups, I was attacked by a beagle protecting her litter, should we ban all beagles? My lab has bitten, should we ban labs too? People, when will you get it, it's not the breed but the people responsible for "training" them to be mean. Let's ban the man not the dog! By the way I think some of YPD needs to hit target practice! How disgusting but let's face it, if Dave Nelson would have succeeded in catching them, they would have just ended up heart stuck, which is more inhumane?
Some of you people are so out of line. Thank goodness "here" commented. I too am against the circus. The comparison of animals surviving in the wild as nature was meant, to having wild animals "entertain" us at the circus and letting all domesticated animals run free is ridiculous. PETA is an extreme group that I do not agree with but I do agree with Ginger, animals need to be gone from the circus. And remember people we all have the right to freedom of speech, not that I expect anything less from this group but being slammed for my opinion!
First off who cares if Kelly goes to bars and drinks. What because he is a professional boxer he can't be human too? And for the 2 bar owners going back and forth, crime is every where. but I have to say, I feel safer downtown than on South Ave. Nothing but drug addicts and scum looking for a free ride. I was held up by 12 year olds 15yrs ago right across the street from the Civics, another bar at that time but that area has just gotten worse. We can thank those who feel work is only for the weathly!
