I say they are both at fault. My 4yr old son comes home with a scratch I notice it, so how could an attentive loving mother NOT notice what happened to this poor child?
Too many people are sue happy! She bumped her eye brow on a window, please, what a joke! The family should be happy the girl is healthy not looking for a quick buck!
There has to be something wrong with the adults in that house. My first thought was drugs too! Those poor children and animals. A 2 year old still breast feeding?? And how did those children live.. 2 year olds are always falling, what this little boy was trenching through crap, literally. DISGUSTING!!!
I don't see where anyone specified one way or another about children/animals, seems the consensus was about the neighbors not noticing the stench. It's a true shame people don't care about the well being of others anymore!
