Hubbard chief reflects on new job

I wish you well as the new chief, I have watched as most of the past chief's did not do a good job. No one is above the law. In the past being above the law in Hubbard was very present. I only hope that you will never let someone off just because of his or her name or who they know!!!!! I will be watching as I want our town to stand above the rest.
