McClurkin and McDermott.........DISGUSTING!

I know this is the guy. I was sitting in a doctor's office and two guys signed in behind me. They started talking about where they used to work and came right out and said this guy's name in reference to the Marsh murders as if they were talking about the weather. I was 16 or 17 when this happened but have never forgotten about it. I was afraid to look up so I pulled a piece of paper out of my purse and wrote the name of the murderer down. Later, I gave the name to a Youngstown Police officer that I know well. The next thing I know, this guy's name is in the paper for this murder. I was very nervous and very HAPPY that this murder was finally solved. MAY HE BURN IN HELL FOR WHAT HE DID TO THESE ADULTS, LET ALONE THIS CHILD. DISGUSTING A HOLE!

Stupid way to end a life (lives) that had hardly begun.

This isn't necessarily a failed parent. He does have two parents, by the way. He is over 18, which makes him an adult and he no longer is under his parent's rule. I totally believe he is mentally ill. The only choice here is for his parents to have him probated to a mental hospital and he can sign himself right back out (when this court mess is over). I don't know if he will do any time or not but do you see how hard this is for any parent of a mentally ill young person who is over the age of 17? They have no legal control of their own children because of the law. That law needs to be changed to protect the mentally ill, and the public. So does the one where the mentally ill do not have to take their medication. The really bad ones don't think they need any medication and don't take it. It's absurd!

In my opinion, Judge Dellick has made some pretty serious mistakes in her courtroom. I believe she needs to step down and take care of the matter before her and her own life! This young man is obviously mentally ill and has made the decision not to take medication.

II am sure this young man did not start acting out as soon as he turned 19. Does he have a juvenile record, if anyone can tell me that? He sounds as if he is schizophrenic or worse. What I object to is Judge Dellick coming out right away and saying she doesn't believe that her son did this and her attorney is blah, blah blah......I mean, was she there??????

It was a shame that young Tamarr did not stop his foolish ways. Now, another young man had to die because his brother and his father were not good examples. We need not wonder why Tamarr was shot by a policeman, do we?

This young man DEFINITELY needs help and I pray he gets it in time, in spite of his mother.......
