How can this be allowed? He is in breach of his probation but gets sent home and the animals still remain there? Please tell me where this man has EVER been punished for the crimes he committed because I've yet to see anything. The animals at the kennels suffered a cruel, slow and excruciatingly slow death, yet instead of getting treated like a criminal he gets treated like a victim! Nitros law has to be passed as this is an absolute joke!!
