My family has been going to A&W since 1973, my 3 sons and all my grand children have been going there sice they were infants. We always had a great time at the Friday night cruises and always made sure we booked our spots when the Hot Rod Supernationals came to town, what a blast and good times to remember. Even once we sold our hot rod we continued to go to the cruises, everybody was always so polite and the people really enjoyed being there, Rick is one in a million, always walking around talking and laughing with everyone, we always stopped down at least a couple times a week just to chat and have our ice cold rootbeer in the MUG !!!! Sorry to see you go A&W, you will be missed, thanks for the memories.

mp37 may be done but I want to say something. If your FRIEND was a friend of his then he knew darn well the person Jose was. I got to meet him a few years ago and let me tell you, he was a person that no one will ever forget. I am not a young person that knew him like they knew him but my sons friends are like my own kids and they have places in my heart. This is ridiculous, every body arguing over this crap. Let the man rest in peace. I was at his funeral and for anyone to have hatred about him was not seen at the funeral home, there was people lined up to pay their respects to his family and friends, so many people in tears and sobbing that you didn't have time to think about the tragic accident. I've been to the crash sight and talked to people that live near it, no one, I mean no one had anything bad to say about Jose, they all were very comforting to anyone who stopped and sent their prayers to the family and friends. If you believe in God enough to say GOD loves you then you shouldn't write the things you have written because God would NOT love you for it. We are all God's children, even Jose......

Amen AMB87, Amen. And please for God sakes stop adding his record already, who cares ????? Anyone that knew him knew of his past and the rest of you should just mind your own business and let the poor man and his brother rest in peace.

AskmeifIcare - Yes, I was at the crash scene several times, did you SEE what I saw laying all over the ground???? Thats what I meant by the township doing what they needed to do. Do you think his family and friends wanted to see what they DIDNT clean up????? No matter what this person did in life it does not mean that he was the worst person on earth and they did not deserve to die. Yeah, maybe drugs and alcohol were involved but AGAIN, that does not mean that they were not human beings that loved thier families and thier friends. I AM grateful that they didn't take any other lives and that it was 3 am and not pm, I was at the scene yesterday at the time there was kids getting off the school bus and telling them to watch where they stepped because of the fantastic clean up. There are hearts breaking right now and tears flowing because of this loss and I agree that everyone needs to be thinking of the family and friends. RIP Jose and Dale and God Bless.

Kind of ????? It's called an accident for a reason. All of us have made mistakes in our lives and these 2 young men did not ask to have their lives taken, everyone of us have disrespect for speed. I knew one of these young men and he left a 5 year old daughter, they were brothers. Have some respect for their friends and loved ones. This was horrific and I personally think that the township needs to step up and do what they needed to do. Just saying. 2 young men have lost thier lives and they will never be replaced. This is sad no matter how you look at it. I have sons and friends of my sons that I consider MY sons and I would not want to have to face something like this. RIP Jose and Dale. Everyone is in our thoughts and prayers.

I am so fed up with the news reports that say that Youngstown has unsolved crimes dating back to 2009. My dear brother was shot and killed in broad daylight and was the 39th homicide in this damn city in 1993 and no one, I MEAN NO ONE has ever solved his case and we haven't heard from anybody from the fantastic Youngstown Police Dept in years. 2009 don't make me laugh !!!!!

Why should he be allowed to wake up everyday, eat 3 meals aday, see his family? He ended a life of a baby, she had no say so in this matter so why should anyone have a say so to let him live? He stopped her heart from beating, her blood from flowing and her family with no baby to watch grow up. He didn't care so why should we? HE SHOULD BE KILLED
