The neighborhoods in the North and Southside have been destroyed by the people who lived there. Restoration of these areas will be short-lived. Do you think people will take care of their property/rentals just because the neighborhood is renovated??? Have any of these areas improved when the vouchers have been issued? Why are the voucher recipients allowed to choose where they want to live?
Both were taken to St. Elizabeth's Hospital. . . free EMT's, free health care. Another case of St. E's caring for "the underserved." I'm sure there was a lot of drama from friends and relatives cluttering up the emergency room.
