What a joke. This just sums up the Wellingtons whole term in office, a joke. The tired old man needs to retire and just fade away. He has always picked the wrong fight to fight. He has always tried to blame everyone else for his problems instead of trying to fix them. If there was a debate he would be laughed out of the room. He has no idea what goes on in the county or how to fix it. He is the moron among morons in the Mahoning County Sheriff's Department. I say clean it out from the top down.
