That is a real smart plan...continue to vote NO for your schools, meanwhile your property value will continue to drop. Look at all that money you're saving by voting NO. I guess someday when you decide to sell and can't because you're buried in it, you can rent your place out as section 8 housing. Now that is agreat plan!!
Ok....this is pure idiocy on two parts. First, on the part of this "teacher" who would propose such an idea for ANY proud city or school district. Secondly, The Vindicator. Is this really news??? Let alone front page news??? I know it must be a slow news day, but surely there must have been a more important/worthy story that could have been on the front page other than this one. Come on people, I've see highschool/college newspapers that make better story choices!
Yes it is a very sad and sick situation, but perhaps all of you that are passing judgment on others should get all the facts before doing so instead of listening to Michelle Nicks and taking what she reported as fact. There were many details left out of that brief report and don't forget they are in the businness of selling news. For those that are actually interested instead of just making noise and pointing fingers, I know for a fact that local authority's had been notified prior to this "discovery" believe me, it was no secret to them! Once again I say to the critics, who have no clue what they are talking about ( which is normal) it is public record if you really care to check, reports had been made.
