Fracing is just another blight on the already *up face of Youngstown. It is a boon /bust and it will bust long before steel did and the pillagers will be no where around to clean up their mess! What moron permitted this around the Meander anyway? Obviously someone who cares NOT for the drinking water of the communities that Meander serves. This is a fantastic piece of legislation and all you have to do it go to celdf to see what a fine organization participated or talk to the people of Pittsburgh who used something similar to protect themselves against the ravages of the industry! Youngstown has suffered enough already!!!!

Maybe one of your kids needs this kind of job - mine don't! We have paid taxes on our farm for a century and Corbett wants to eliminate taxes for Shell to pollute and pillage my land, my kids' inheritance?!? PLEASE! I don't suffer fools gladly!
