Apparently somewhere around 36% of Americans believe in both some form of creationism and evolution. I didn't realize they were mutually exclusive.

That percentage is not true. Fear is the big motivator. It's the underlying thread in most news stories.

This doesn't really happen in most Ohio schools. Check out the health curriculum, (or the lack of one) from the state. Keep painting in those broad strokes without any real knowledge of what's actually happening.

You both are overlooking the scientific research that could occur with the addition of these wind turbines. Think of the variety of uses the science department could use to supplement the curriculum and/or make it come to life, as well as give kids actual training for a job past high school or something that will help in getting into a college or trade school.
