Timothy should be kept in prison until his anti social urges dissipate . This could take some time and we should be patient . His next encounter could involve reprisal from the victims family before law enforcement could protect him .
Remove the cloud cover for one night and the heat radiates into space . So one could then assume that clouds were the culprit . Let's ban the clouds . But moisture is what the clouds consist of so we should ban water . The simple fact is that we can't even begin to generate heat on any scale to make a difference . Solar radiation warms the earth and it's output runs in cycles . Solar flare activity defines these cycles .
Spare us from the cold cycles ! Send the hollow souls of the atheists on their passing to fuel the flare cycles on the sun ! :)
The principles of science have nothing to do with supporting atheism . When the elements get broken down to particles of an atom then the order of the Universe is understood . That understanding shows a supreme power keeping order . Atheists love to be disorderly !

Some victims,friends and their relatives react irrationally to crime . The suspects, for their own protection, are incarcerated with a high bail .
