sickntired..I couldn't disagree more with all of the posts you have left in the last month. Although I will give you that the drivers language was out of line, the aide in the matter did just what he was supposed to do. Aide the driver. Its easy for you to claim that there is a more dignified approach to handling the situation but i can promise you that once put in that position you would have similar reactions. When they claim anger issues as a reason for the students misbehavior it is absurd. The child needed more discipline growing up and not the encouragement from his sister Yolonda or what not. Lets see his sisters support when he reaches that magic age of 18 and becomes incarcerated. Then it's YOUR tax dollars paying for this common thug to eat and sleep. Good thing we gave him all that coddling and placing the blame elsewhere when he was younger. Give it 6 months and this kid will have already fallen into the recidivism rate. Driver= Not the best strategy but acceptable, The Aide= More power to you for not putting that hood to sleep, The Thug=Lock HIM up, he is both a danger to society and himself
