While it may be far from perfect in legislation; Nitro's Law is the entry way that has been closed for the animals of Ohio and with its inception...it will be an open window of legislative opportunity that will finally instill a breath of fresh air for a humane mindset necessary to combat the apathetic indifference to a defenseless being's suffering.
