Maybe the previous management of Forum Health made mistakes years ago that contribute to the current problems. I think you forget that the ultimate responsibility for an organization is in the hands of it's Board of trustee that should have fired long time ago. Also remember that the old management tried to get significant concessions from the union years ago with no success (obviously it was OK for some Union nurses to make about $100/hr on certain days. Finally think why businesses relocation or starting new good jobs are staying away fro Youngstown area.. We are good in investing in troubled projects only like we really needed the Chevy center . All jobs created here are not manufacturing jobs and only consumption/retails jobs that benefits other companies outside the area.
