I certainly hope that a beautiful structure built so many years ago and that could preserve what is left of history is preserved. There are several universities in Virginia and Pennsylvania that have managed to preserve historical buildings and incorporate them beautifully into their campus -PLEASE STOP THIS DEMOLITION FOR A PARKING LOT --GOOD GRIEF. Visit Washington and Jefferson College and visit our nations capital to learn how to preserve old historical buildings. There are certainly enough vacant buildings for sale in and around campus that can be used as interim parking lots - there are also vacant lots around campus. There is no need to destroy a beautiful building. That is like saying Granny is too old - let's call the Final Exit brigade so we can get on with our FUTURE! SHAME ON YSU!!!
