Dems’ political fortunes dwindling

This writer is a known liberal and Clinton Boot Licker. He's obviously a B. Hussein Obama cheerleader too. I agree with Borylie that the Vindy is dying and I can only rejoice in the day ole Bert is a greeter at WalMart. He never could write worth a damn.

Homeowner shoots and kills intruder

This is a good start of law abiding homeowners fighting back. I am very happy to see this man protect himself against crime. WAY TO GO!!!!

Costs for Mahoning to defend poor may increase by $800,000

There is another side of this crime issue in Youngstown. I would like St. Elizabeth hospital to announce their numbers of the number of "no insurance" thugs and gangsters they have treated as well and the cost of the medical attention. I can see where this is all going; increased city taxes to pay for the defense of gangsters and an increase in rates of the soon-to-be only hospital in Youngstown, in order to pay for these low life thugs and gangsters to be patched up when they shoot each other or a victim shoots them. A pine box is cheaper than an ER visit and hospital stay.

Columbiana sheriff faces new DUI charge

Right there is the loophole. Ohio revised code says a citation cannot be given from an unmarked police car. All evidence against Smith is illegal.

No charges filed against woman who abandoned her baby

It was pointed out when that college student in Erie gave birth and killed her newborn that Pensylvania has a "don't ask don't tell" policy that a mother can leave her newborn with authorities for up to 28 days after birth with no harm, no foul charges. So what gives here? Does the state mean it or don't they?

Jury rules against woman in motorcycle case

GOOD, I'M GLAD SHE LOST. SHE COULD HAVE DONE MORE LIKE REFUSE TO GET ON THE MOTORCYCLE WITH KEITH OR MAYBE SHE COULD HAVE EVEN JUMPED OFF THE MOVING MOTORCYCLE TO AVOID THE DEER THAT SHE SEEMED TO KNOW WAS GOING TO JUMP INTO THEIR PATH. WOW, IF SHE KNEW THE FUTURE, WHY DIDN'T SHE KNOW SHE WAS GOING TO LOSE THIS STUPID LAWSUIT. THE JUDGE SHOULD HAVE CHARGED HER DOUBLE AND GIVEN IT TO KEITH'S SURVIVORS. BETTER YET, THEY SHOULD SUE HER NOW FOR BEING STUPID.

Hubbard company powers with hydrogen

It's about time that someone puts "waste" to work. What about Hubbard's waste water plant? Nice video, I'd like to see more.

Brookfield bond committee seeks public input

Now is the time to move the school on the west side closer to Vienna and join with Mathews. Numbers will be up, classes expanded. Both districts get a new school. Badger did the same, building between Hartford and Kinsman, and it is working. Why not?

Parents sue Hubbard schools over son's soccer status

Well, I only lived in Hubbard for 25 years, (now I don't) and I still follow issues in my old hometown. I graduated from HHS. I know what the papers want us to know and I know a frivilous lawsuit when I see one. Move this discussion over to "community discussions" section, alot more have weighed in on this on my RIGHTSIDE than on your WRONGSIDE. I'm sorry for you that you hold atletics in such high regard, I hope one of your kids become just like a professional athlete, as they are wonderful role models. I see how wonderful they are every night on TV.
