Mahoning Children Services faces money shortfall

Oh there is a lot to expose. Unfortunately it has nothing to do with the hard working employees who will never win down there. They have known that this money would come to a shortfall. Kasich axed a large part of their normal budget. Juvenile court routinely orders their most difficult children into the custody of CSB so they can pay their astronomical residential placements, then brag about how good their programs are. What a joke! No raises in over 5 years and if you look at your property tax bill you are paying them a lot less in taxes then everyone else. And their Board members have been on there forever! I thought Board members were supposed to switch up every few years. Another joke, even many of them are uncaring people who only want their face in the media or something to pay themselves on the back about. I certainly hope they get a director who will get things out there and let the truth be told! Sincerely, someone who had the opportunity to get out of there!
