I must say there is a part of me that would like to see this kid fry but then there is that part that feels he should not. I do not think he wanted to kill anyone. Should he be punished? "YES" he should.Life in prison with a chance to get out in 30 years may or may not be a good idea. Who knows what this young man will be like after that long in prison. I do know this there are a TON of kids just like him out there who at any moment could do something like this. These kids are broke and need to somehow be fixed before this happens again. My question is this. If the kid set fire to a bag of dog poop and placed it on the porch as a halloween joke and people died, would we be looking at this any different?

If you drive by the River road plant and see that HUGE building and only a few cars in the parking lot you can only wonder how is it profitable to keep that place running. They have to heat it and do maintenance on it. I feel real bad for the folks who still work there. Maybe the share holders and CEOs will give back some[. Yea like that will happen] Those jobs are going to China so they can pay the worker 38 cents an hour. My farther is retired from the labor union of North America and he told me back in the 1990s NAFTA would be the down fall for the great workers of this country. " boy was he correct" Some out sourcing is good but "NOT ALL OF IT"
I think we all should start looking into building a fall out shelter in our back yards. If its not the big BEAR going to get us then it will be a black hole sucking us int its mist. Lets not forget about all the nut jobs that think the world is going to end DEC 22 2012. If we defend every little skirmish in the world how would we have enough resources to defend our own country? We will have to fight wars in the future but we cannot go to war for every time someone wants us to. We would be in Africa every time some country was getting invaded by its neighbor.[thats a weekly thing]
Oh people don't you understand the govt knew about this long before it took place. My GOD with the technology that we have today , trust me we seen it brewing. The Big BEAR does not eat ,sleep or take a dump without the United States knowing it ahead of time. It sucks what they did but then again you can not start a world war over it.
This plan helps in many other ways . Now the parents can walk to Wal-Mart and get a job in the winter after the crops are harvested. They would be within walking distance of everything they need in that area. Now the police are free to work on real crime. The city saves money on school buses because the kids will already be there. Now we take the money we saved from this and give to to WRTA so others can get around town. Just think since 1/2 the kids will be at the new place we can close some of the other schools and we can also get shorter school buses that will save on fuel costs. Heck you can even have a mini hospital there. The parking would be great too. Just a thought.

We all know North side hospital will close someday, so here is my plan. 1st we turn 1/2 the old place into low income housing run by the city. This way the city gets all the govt housing money vs some landlord. 2nd we turn the other half into a school. Now we put all the kids and there parents who have a problem with skipping school in the apartments. This way we can make sure the kids in school. 3rd we turn the Stambaugh golf course into a farm. The parents who do not work can plant the food for all the free lunches at the school. There may be room left to drill some gas wells so we can heat the place.
