Gov. Kasich: No Ohioans filling jobs in Ohio oil fields

The out-of-state workers are filling the hotels and restaurants, and spending a lot of money in Ohio.

Oil workers are like gypsies following the play. When the circus comes to town do people complain that the employees are from out-of-state?

Are Ohio residents willing to move every few months to a different city or state?

Does Ohio want to spend a lot of money training people for oil jobs, only to see them move to Texas or Colorado?
