I am wondering if the police are looking to utopia for some answers about this. If this guy was indeed maced inside this night club, could this be a possible cause of this accident? I hope the family as well as the police look into this alot deeper. Perhaps the family should look into this night club and persue a wrongful death case against the establishment. As any law enforcement person would know, if you spray mace in a confined area (such as a night club) that mace will not only effect the person it was intended for, but will also cause eye, nose and throat irritation to most of the people in the night club. Was the driver of this vehicle near Andrew when he was maced? Did he perhaps accidently run Andrew over while trying to leave the nightclub with irritated eyes? Did he freak out at the McDonalds drive thru because he seen the body under his vehicle and was perhaps under age & drinking in the establishment? Did he actually think that leaving McDonald's with the body under his car would be better than facing the police for underage drinking and driving? There's alot to think about here. It will be interesting to see where all of this ends up, and what answers we will get within the next few weeks.
