I am ashamed to live in Ohio when I hear about the lax animal cruelty laws and how one man flipped the bird at the court and had dogs when he was told that he could not have them. To say that you don't have enough probation officers to go out and check on a probationer who was reportedly seen having dogs is appalling because what is probation and parole supposed to be about to check to make sure he is doing what he was told of course the POS wasn't. With out Nitro's Law he will get his hand slapped again and the animal abusers will have won again. Support NITRO'S LAW HB108
I am ashamed to live in a state that takes animal cruelty so lightly. Pass Nitro's Law so that trash like Steve Croley will never be able to hurt animals again. The animals were not only hurt but the owners were also. Our Representatives have failed the animals and the owners of dogs and cat abused by cruelty over and over again. We have to have laws in place that protect our animals from the likes of men like Steve Croley. When will they finally listen to use and pass nitro's law once and for all
This man disgusts me. He should never own a dog again. Throw the book at him because of him many dogs died including Nitro. If we had Nitro's Law what he did would have been a felony and he would have been in jail and he would never have been able to have those animals. I beg the animal control authorities to get those dogs out of his hands and int to a safe place.

UPDATE: Croley of Nitro's Law notoriety nabbed on probation violation
