Hello, OhioAtty666! I am glad to have found all of the info on Forest Glen. Of course I'm saddened about the crime.
I am Lou Kreider's little girl.
I would love to hear from you. I'm interested in having my Father's name linked to Forest Glen since it was his vision and investment that made it a reality. He also deeded the land to the city for Lake Newport. The entrance at the end of Newport Drive was called the Kreider entrance, but never had a sign while I was living at home. I wonder if it is called that now. My Father was very modest and didn't care to have a sign there with his name on it.
I don't know how this "comment" works. I don't know if it goes to you or if it will be published. However, I would like to correspond with you and with the Officers of the Home Owners Association regarding the History of the Glen.
