Cleveland couple charged in 18-month-old son’s death

These people need lynched, plain and simple. A 22month old baby is about as defenseless as they get. These animals need caged for the rest of time!!

Powell sentenced to 12 years, 11 months in Detroit-to-Warren drug conspiracy

And in 13 years, he will have 13 years of debts that have been unpaid for 13 years, so he will go back to the same line of work, I'm sure. People like this can't be rehab'd at all.

Entitlement mentality stretches from government to churches

IRS, Benghazi, Illegals coming over in droves and they are living life better than 42% of this Valley (statistically speaking, per income per capita), and unemployment in the Valley is beyond repair (see WKBN article yesterday), Obamacare (which is a total mess), and endless promises that haven't even been closely attended to. You weak-minded freaks are still talking about Bush/Cheney, which is almost 8 years old! How many years have to pass before we stop talking about old stuff? Go to the Dept of Labor website and look at the unemployment rates from 2002-2008. Then look at the latter half of 2008 to 2014. The graph looks like the first hill of the Blue Streak Roller Coaster at Kennywood. The number of people unemployed in Ohio peaked in July 2009 at 627,492. There are now 311,615 fewer people unemployed in the state. Who was President then? Bush/Cheney? Or Obama/Biden the Idiot? And the total cumulative income per family is down big time, too! So, should we keep bringing up old stuff or do we want to fix the future?? If you live in the Valley, then the future looks bleak because the mentality will never, ever change and you will continue to love and cherish the (in)equality of life!!!

Heroin trafficker gets probation

What a freakin joke! This broad should've been locked up for the max! If you are messing with heroin, then chances are, you will go back and mess with heroin again. Next time, she will be behind the wheel...or "pawning" it off on a youngster....So if someone loses their lives and this girl is involved, then Judge Evans, the blood is on your hands.

Belinky worst of the worst

Bert, the phrase "Worst of the worst" is going a bit far. Actually, a lot too far. Yes, he did some bad stuff, but WORST is usually reserved for something a lot, well, worse than hiding some cash. Heck, a $3,000 bribe is chump-change! And interestingly enough, it took you about 1.5 paragraphs to put James Traficant's name out there. Are you ever going to lose that hard-on for him? And if Belinky is the WORST OF THE WORST, then what does that make McNally? Sciortino? Betras? Your remedial journalism is laughable.

Warren man convicted of cocaine possession

I love these sentences they give nowadays. "3 to 10 years". Why not just say "The maximum sentence for this crime is _____ and then give them that many years. If it's 10 years, give them all 10. I think it's stupid to give a 7 year variance of a sentence. It gives these punks a sense of softness in the judicial and justice system. Start giving out max sentences and see what happens. No, it won't stop the dealings, but it will make people think twice about it.

Belinky’s obsession was his undoing

Law enforcement knows about 90% of what is going on illegally around here. They choose to act on it when it benefits the "higher powers." When Gotti went down, it was a year that yielded more mysterious death's than any other year before. They had MORE than enough evidence to convict him the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time he was arraigned. But he was good for business back then. When he got put away, it was in the best interest of the "suits" that ran the city. Same here, with Belinky, etc. They do what they gotta do and when it's time for them to get caught, then that's when it happens. That's why they wait so long. Heck, Cafaro is still walking around free as a jaybird, and will never get put behind bars.
