Who expects bar owners to be reputable? If they weren't a little shady they would be lawyers or accountants. My prediction is Harver will end up collecting some kind of insurance money on this place at some point. It may force him to take a shower. The real question is why is the city giving grants to bars? Silly.

Is Harver friends with Trafficant as well?

This is a positive. We're giving young kids a place to relax and have 8 or 9 beers to deal with the stress of high school. Its better than them being on the street. Am I right?

Does anyone know a bookie taking action on the over under on number of months until the whole block goes up in flames? I was thinking 6.5 is a good number. haha

So if Harver owns the house but doesn't live there is he in fact homeless?

Harver is a good guy. I went to Ursuline with him and I have always known him to be a GOOD drunk and impaired by mid morning. I remember on the first day of school when he got thrown down the stairs by his best friend. Who did he screw over really? People who let him stay on their couch when he was homeless? Who gives a shat, am I right!? I think Bob Hagan should kick off his US Senate race from the restaurant, because he is an underdog just like the Knox. Both will rise against the oppressors and show the people who financially support them that their money is well spent. Rob Portman has money and is successful, what an @sshole.
