These are people lives we are talking about. When have the people of Youngstown become so callous that they refer to people as animals. One of the things that made me leave Youngstown is the lack of passion in the people there in Y-town and start making changes for all your lives. This type of violence needs to stop! The pain this young man has caused my family runs deep. Rell was my first cousin---he was taken from us so abruptly. I hope this guy gets no mercy at all from the courts. Though 5 lifetimes in jail could never replace our Rell. =(

Man indicted on aggravated murder
