Us entrepreneurs have earned the right to post hundreds of times in internet forums all across the internet during normal business hours!
While the entitled are working at their hourly jobs, we are busy with more noble tasks, like posting grade school level rhetoric under fake aliases and made up personal histories!
Wake up people! You don't need to pay property taxes! The city will come and demolish your slums on the tax payers dime regardless!
The so called leaders of Youngstown are drowning in the Marxist koolaide. Even though I had tens of thousands of dollars in open judgements against me because the city had to demolish many of my slum properties, they had the nerve to deny me payment for transporting Youngstown homes to my own property around Lake Milton! That D'Avignon just has no vision, they should have paid me 5 times the cost of demolition to put vacant houses onto trucks and drive them away! I love the smell of fracking in the morning!
Who are these people who think that I don't have a right to neglect my own property in Youngstown for over 10 years to the point that the city then demolishes them on the tax payer's dime and drags me through court on the tax payer's dime and issues judgments against me in the tens of thousands of dollars!
I mean, I never even paid any property taxes in the first place! I'm not even a homeowner here, and the bottom feeders of this society still think that they are entitled to some standard of property maintenance in their neighborhoods. Unbelievable! Take your Marxist standards and inject them with the fracking fluid!
I agree with you 100% UticaShale! I suddenly uprooted my family to move into the area and bought up a bunch property throughout the city without any track record of property management. Over the next 10 years, I let those property turn into slums that the city then had the nerve of demolishing on the tax payers dime. I don't know why they did that, considering I never even paid any property taxes on them! I now have tens of thousands of dollars in open judgements with the city and many more in delinquent taxes and tax liens. It's a good thing I never became a homeowner and chose to rent from my business partner who took the fall for my ineptitude and spent time in jail. Hell, my lawyer refers to me publicly as his charity case! Since I'm not capable of providing an honest wage for honest work, I milked YSU and federal entitlement programs for free labor and services, all on the tax payers dime! I don't know why they let me get away with this, considering I don't pay property taxes on the majority of my Youngstown property! It's the wild west up here in Youngstown with their inept leadership, I should know!
State funding for demolition leaves the area disappointed
