They'll get a slap on the wrist...and be free to graduate to more serious crimes.

I wonder who he knows. Nine felonies should have earned him some jail time. Oh, but I am sure he learned his lesson. Right.

He should be fired. He was playing a polital game at the expense of these families facing a horrible tragedy. FIRE HIM!

The death penalty would be too good for this piece of garbage. He would be held in solitary confinement . He needs to be put into the general prison population where he will be greeted warmly by his new friends. They will give him a taste of his own medicine before they beat the heck out of him.

You are so right Stan. This turns my stomach. You know the slug will be let out after serving the minimum amount of time. When when Judges start giving violent offenders maximum time? Oh, maybe he won't ever hit anyone ever again. Right.

This is a great story. I know this family and can't think of anyone better to create a character of!

YSUGrad, You are so right, and make me proud that I sent my children to YSU. These "parents" are pigs. I cannot believe anyone would be willing to trust them will children or animals --- EVER again.

He served more time than the lunatic who kidnapped and kept that 11 year old hostage for all those years. Something is wrong with our justice system! And, now he has to ask permission to leave the State of Ohio? That's amazing. Anyway, her has certainly repaid his debt and I am glad he is being released.

There are always good and bad sides to each situation. Maybe Poland Village can bring business in because the Police Department is what it is. The reason that some of our shops can actually leave property out all night long is because it is such a safe place to establish business. In all fairness, I have to say that the Police Dept. has helped many many times. I have medical problems, and they have come to my aid many times, so I admit to bias. I might also add that I have had one ticket in my lifetime (over 40 years of driving) and the only ticket I have ever had was in Poland!! It was deserved, I ran a red light. I would have preferred not to get it, but it wasn't unjust. I used to own a business in Poland and was very happy that I didn't have to chain down everything when I closed. I know that we have problems with drugs as every community does. I don't think for a minute that we are immune, I just think overall, we have a truly beautiful, wonderfully safe, great place to live.

I have talked to several of the Nemenz employee's who don't want the union. With Giant Eagle getting more expensive every day, and providing less customer service everyday, we need competition in this area. I won't shop Giant Eagle even if the other stores close. I will drive out of the area to avoid them!
