I wonder if these numbers are purposely skewed so that when they start busing in workers from other communities we don't question it. Just seems like a really high percentage. How large was his sample size? How accurate are his records? Just seems like there would be better people to interview to get more accurate results. How many people in Columbiana County would go all the way to Boardman for drug tests. Don't they have any labs there? So either he is using the small amount of Columbiana county workers that go all the way to boardman for drug tests in his analysis or I wonder if these oil and gas companies have contracts with this Josh Dunne then they would benefit from failed drug tests. This way they can easily use their own expirenced workers without the community freaking out.
