I have confronted him about several issues, but being as spineless as he is, he ran around the issues. Maybe you had sex with him? Are you ashamed of that? The FACTS are, he plead guilty in a plea bargain to avoid a trial. After a plea of guilty, he can be sentenced immediately. I'm sure that he would not have wanted to go through a trial and have the tapes played in court for everyone to hear. YES, the staff knew a great deal of what was going on. But, who would bite the hand that feeds you? DUH If you would like, I could write a long, factual history on his sexcapades. I KNOW the facts! You would like to hear more?
He has cheated on his wife for years. Liked to call the 900 line from work. Settled out of court twice for the same thing, sex for drugs. Had sex with at least three of his employees. Was in alcohol rehab four years ago. This is just the tip of the iceberg with him. I have known him and his father. I feel sorry for his wife and boys.
I would say that pleading guilty to two counts of drug trafficking (felony) would be a permanent suspension of his license to practice. The State Medical Board would make that determination. But, that is just the tip of the iceberg with this office. HIPPA violations, dispensing samples of medication without logging who,what, where and when it was given to. This Doctor settled out of court on two previous sexual improprieties in his office. Too much more to go with here.
