I just want to say that I'm a software engineer, a mathematician, and the owner of multiple very successful businesses here in Ohio.... I use cannabis / marijuana for medicinal and recreational purposes daily. I would be willing to bet I'm a much sharper tack than you, and certainly a little more in touch with the times... I refuse to drug test my employees, I think it is a violation of their privacy... Any way you slice it, this is discriminatory. Employment should be contingent on performance at work. The moment you start peering into peoples personal lives you cross serious boundaries. In my opinion, this isn't any different than discriminating against someone because they prefer coke to pepsi.... If you perform the job effectively, I could care less what your smoking or popping when you get home. Your home life, and your personal choices have nothing to do with how you perform your job.... END THE DRUG WAR. END SOCIAL DISCRIMINATION!
