Rally, reward collection for pups found bound, killed downtown Youngstown

Almost every day I see headlines about different animals being abused in one way shape or form in the state of Ohio and it disgust me to think that a state in this country could lack laws that protect animals and basically the legal system is turning a blind eye. I know justice is suppose to be blind but not ignorant. When is Ohio going to get with the times and start punishing these abusers? Why is it so hard to pass a no brainer law like Nitro's law? Do the law makers in Ohio not see that the abuse is escalating since there is no real punishment for such crimes? Please do the right thing get these laws in place. Punish the abusers. Stop this now because let's face it offenders of violent crimes against humans start with abusing animals.
