Normally I wouldn't bother but the cognitive reasoning skills of this person is so atrocious that I couldn't resist.

First the lady who owns the account "ytownismyhometown" apparently runs a radio show. She posted her name which you some how using whatever twisted logic deduced was my name.

Secondly Slander under the Ohio Revised Code is only applicable if a statement made by one person about another communicated or published is knowingly false. Furthermore the party alleging slander must prove that the party knew the statement was false and intended that statement to misrepresent the facts to cause personal or financial harm to said person.

Slander is also a matter for a civil lawsuit, not criminal court and you may not be aware of something called the 1st amendment that gives me a right as a private citizen to state my opinion.

So go sit and spin.
