Thank you so much for this article. I am one of the on the ground troops and have been for a long time. I can not understand in whose interest not passing this law would be. There are countless studies that prove that at least 90% of human abusers and murders started out as animal abusers. Abusers of anything are bullies, Abusers only hurt things that can not hurt them back. It is time we stop looking the other way and hope the problem goes away. It won't how many more have to suffer before the people we elected do the job they were hired to do. Pass NITRO'S LAW

It is indeed a sad state of affairs. I feel Ohio is a haven for both child and animal abusers. We have a small group of small minded people to thank for this. Animal abusers 97% of the time go on to be human abusers, always someone smaller and weaker than the abuser. Things need to change, and we need to change them

If there was some money to be made, then he would be in jail. So, Ohio, either get rid of the ones not doing the job they were hired for, or contact them and explain what the job they were hired for is.

For a society to treat any life lost as unimportant is such a sad state. I agree, to my Ohio rep, if you can't do the job, get out of the way and let someone who can take your place. To the "system" I am over murders being allowed to run free. I am ashamed to say the state I live in seems to be only interested in what can make money

We just have to keep standing up to the stupidity of it. No, animals do not vote, nor make money, but babies and children don't either. Does that mean that law makers aren't concerned for their welfare either? I will keep talking, writing, and spreading the word about the sad state of the state of Ohio until they shut me up.
