first off, who are you to say that this kid got what he deserved! ever accidentally pull out in front of someone, ever been in a fender bender yourself, ever gotten a speeding ticket my guess is YOU HAVE!second of all, EVERYONE needs to slow down, anyone who drives any type of vehicle needs to slow down. I have seen plenty of time where the police have kicked on their lites to go through an intersection and then go no where for an emergency. as a motorcycle rider I have had plenty of cars, trucks and so on pull out in front of me, tailgate me and the times they have done this are endless. Another thing. I was just at a Grad. party with the victims sister, LITTLE SISTER. when accidents happen and a life is lost what we need to say is this person was someones brother, sister, child, cousin or whomever. NOT THAT THEY DESERVED TO DIE.
SO WHAT, now you are taking your moms situation and totally trying to change the subject to your moms problems. What does your mom or even you have to do with someone losing their life. NOTHING! get over yourself, your mom is not the only one with bipolar or mental problems. Funny how you want sympathy now. NOT FROM ME OR THOSE THAT DID NOT APPRECIATE your comments about motorcycle accident.

I would like to give you a little more info about the article on David Zadai. He was sentenced 3 years for aggervated robbery and was said to have used a gun and shot at a car. There was no evidence what so ever on that case. No gun, no caseings, just their word against his. What happended that night was that David was at a friends house. Another one of their friends came over with their girlfriend and her friend. David and the male got into a FIGHT. They were all very mad and let me give you a little info on these people in the police report that they gave one of the questions the police asked them all was how they new each other the girls who wrote the statement on david met in jail. They were in jail for smokeing crack. David does not do that kind of stuff and he did not like the male because he was a crack head and gave his girl friend crack years ago and he lost her. David is a good kid with a big heart. He is one of the hardest workers you have ever seen. He just did not have the money to hire a lawyer to fight they case. He took the 3 years because he was afraid to take it to trial haveing a public defender and get 18. Do you really think that a judge would give him 3 year years if he could of given him 18 if he really thought that that person had commetted the crime. The judge felt so bad even giveing him anytime at all infact he said so and that he had to give him 3 beacsue it was the lowest amount of time he could give him for his charges.
