New bus plan to send Austintown kids on WRTA

Really? The plan is to allow children as young as Pre-K and special needs children to ride on a public bus unsupervised. Then transport them to a high crime area to get on another bus to be dropped off over a mile away from their school. Not to mention they will get to school late every day. Now that is a PLAN! Oh, I forgot lets execute the plan and not even talk to WTRA to find out if they agree with it! The parents pay taxes and their children deserve to ride on the school bus that is paid for by those taxes. The fact that parents elect to send the children to a school that promotes God vs one that forbids even discussing God is a parent's decision of what is best for their family. If not, rebate the taxes and let the parent's decide where best to educate their children. Did I mention that the Parent's received a survey after being notified of this busing asking why they did not chose Austintown school. Seems the real purpose of the change is to blackmail parents to force them to choose Austintown schools! NICE! Maybe the school board should spend less time planning to spend millions of dollars to replace Fitch and spend the money on the children of the taxpayer's children!!!! I say FIRE Mr. Colaluca and replace him with someone who cares about children!
