This is at least the third site with correlations between fluid injection and fracking.The others are in Arkansas and Texas. It depends on the Geology of course. Not every place is susceptible to Earthquakes. The Valley obviously is and the fracking should stop. Not only are Earthquakes a possibility but the fracking fluid is toxic and carcinogenic. There are oodles of examples of contaminated wells due to fracking.
