Yes we should outlaw fireworks! And autos they killed 100 times more people last year too. While were at it outlaw bikes just as many died on their bikes. Oh and baseball bats several people died while playing baseball. Outlaw shoes too many, people died while walking needlessly. And alcohol it killed way more people. How about we prosecute the dumb ones just like they would be if they were driving a car wreckless down the street and hurt or killed someone. Firework sales bring in a lot of tax dollars for this area and Ohio in general, a time like these people should think twice about killing the cash cow. Don't believe me drive by Phantom, packed , look at the resturants packed, the added biz it adds to to economy! Could be a ghost town. Prosecute the ones that show off and hurt others just like the ones that hurt others with a different product.
