Do you believe the U.S. will become involved in a war with Iran?

Iran has no Navy, airforce, army to speak of. What are we afraid of? Invasion on the backs of camels? Isreal is doing a good job keeping Iran from developing nuclear bombs. Didn't they receintly assasinate their 5th nuclear scientist in Iran? Go Israel!

@ djicey, I agree with you. We have so much oil now that we can export it. Isn't an american goal is to become self supportive with energy? Why are we exporting our oil instead of using it to bring prices down?

With gasoline prices increasing, will you curb your driving habits?

Sorry to say but more American drilling will not bring the prices down. As long as oil and gas are on the stock market, traders will manipulate prices to their benefit. Government needs to place caps on the people who trade. Why are traders who have no ties to oil processing allowed to buy and sell oil on the electronic market?

Will the Mahoning County coroner’s handling of the Campbell traffic fatalities affect your position on the half-percent sales tax?

The coroners complaint was no weekend support. There are 3 on staff. Have they never heard of a rotating shift? Tuesday thru Sunday shift? It's not rocket science ya know.

Are you confident the financial industry bailout plan Congress approves will stabilize the nation’s economy?

jfuze0905. I checked the math again. 7 billion goes into 200 million 3500 times. 700 billion(seven hundred billion) (bail out amount)goes into 200 million 350000 times. I don't think my calculator is broken.

Why not send that 700 billion dollars to the 200 million Americans that are over the age of 18? That comes to $350,000 per person. Deduct 30% for tax which is $125,000 give or take leaving enough money for everyone to pay off their mortage and car loans, school tuition loans etc... Wouldnt that be a better "bail out"? Isn't the mortage crisis the main problem? Heck, the government would even get a return of $125,000 in taxes from every receipant of the bail out.

Should the United States send troops or other military aid to Georgia?

Tugboat, that is a good article you posted about Wheatland Tube being bought by a Russian firm. However, it may not be a good thing for the employees of that company.

My company was bought by a firm out of Tiawan. While I worked for them, they bought 3 more companies here in America and closed them down. Turns out they only wanted the customer base and not the employees nor buildings. Finally they closed my company and laid off the entire staff. Perhaps Wheatland Tube is a different story and will remain a working company in America. Time will tell.
