I'm sorry but if Krichbaum does not uphold the Constitution I believe that makes Krichbaum one of those "un-law abiding low lifes." The ends never justify the means. If expects citizens to obey the law, I think he should set the example.
I applaud the appeals court for standing up for our rights. Krichbaum tried to circumvent due process with his threats. We have courts for the specific reason that people aren't guilty just because they are accused. For Kirchbaum to make the blanket assumption that all that enter his court are guilty is a crime.
