Chip is a great guy to have here. Until he gets drunk, gets behind the wheel of a car (without a license) and plows into a family coming home from church. Then "WHERE WAS ICE?"
The reality is he was working without a social security number and therefore could NOT have been paying taxes.
Did he have bad lawyers? Maybe. Is that ICE'S fault? No. He had the ability to change lawyers anytime he wanted to.
Lets not blame ICE for everything. Congress enacted the laws, don't ask ICE to decide which they want to enforce.
